MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - New U.S. Special Envoy for Afghanistan Thomas West will visit Moscow in November, Russian Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan and Director of the Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov said.
West will arrive in Russia "in November," Kabulov told journalists in Moscow on Wednesday in response to the relevant question.
