MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The statements made by the Taliban, designated a terrorist organization and banned in Russia, saying that the acting Afghan government is inclusive enough are an element of political bargaining, Russian Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan and Director of the Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov said.
"They're playing by political rules: don't concede right away. This is big-time political bargaining going on," Kabulov told journalists in response to a question from Interfax on Wednesday.
