Taliban working to form inclusive Afghan government

MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The Taliban (banned in Russia) are working to form an inclusive Afghan government, cabinet changes are likely in the very near future, Amir Khan Muttaqi, acting foreign minister in the country's caretaker government, said.

"Reforms are under way. Changes are coming in the government," Muttaqi, speaking through his Ministry's interpreter, said at a press conference after a Moscow format meeting on Wednesday.

"You cannot say that this is the ultimate government. As they discussed, the present government is an interim government, a caretaker government, reforms may happen in the near future," he said.
