BAKU. Oct 25 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul on November 12, Turkish Ambassador in Baku Cahit Bagci said.
"Our presidents will meet for a third time this year tomorrow, on October 26, in Karabakh, and their fourth meeting will be held in Istanbul on November 12," Bagci said on Twitter.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said earlier that the eighth summit of the Turkic Council will be held in Istanbul on November 12.
The Turkic Council was established in 2009. It currently consists of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey, and Hungary is an observer state.
