MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The Nikolai Vilkov and the Admiral Nevelskoi landing ships have fired artillery systems at surface and coastal sites of a mock enemy in the Sea of Okhotsk, Russia's Pacific Fleet press service said in a statement on Tuesday.

"Artillery destroyed a coastal target simulating a command post of the mock enemy and accomplished a training mission by destroying floating mines. The ships also successfully fired artillery at a towed target," the press service said.

After the firing drill, the ships continued to accomplish their mission.
