MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces currently operate over 2,000 drones, President Vladimir Putin said.
"Our Armed Forces currently operate over 2,000 unmanned aerial vehicles. We should continue to work in this area, to work as hard as we recently did. I mean, in particular, the implementation of artificial intelligence and the latest scientific and technological achievements," Putin said at a meeting with the heads of the Russian Defense Ministry and defense plants.
The work should rely on Russia's experience in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, Putin said.
