YEREVAN. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has discussed the Karabakh settlement process with President of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arayik Harutyunyan, currently visiting Yerevan.
"Importantly, we have discussed our vision for the further settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. We believe it's important to fully reinstate the negotiating process within the framework of the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group, where a final, comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be achieved and the status of Nagorno-Karabakh will be clarified on the basis of the known principles, including the right of nations to self-determination," Pashinyan said.
For his part, Harutyunyan noted the importance of continuing the political settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
"We are committed to the principle of right to self-determination as the main area of the political settlement of this conflict," he said.
