YEKATERINBURG. Nov 8 (Interfax) - The Cobalt 2021 exercise of special ops forces from Russia's Central Military District will take place in Tajikistan in the second half of November, Central Military District Commander Alexander Lapin told reporters.
"We will hold a special exercise, Cobalt 2021, in Tajikistan. This is an exercise of special ops forces to take place near the Lyaur range in the second half of November," Lapin said after an award ceremony for the winners of the district stage of the all-Russia press festival Media Ace Center 2021.
