MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - One of the Ukrainian saboteurs who tried to cross the Russian border in the Rostov region on Monday morning has been detained, Director of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov said.
"One of these Ukrainian servicemen has been captured," Bortnikov said at a meeting of the Russian Security Council on Monday.
