KYIV. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has flatly denied reports alleging that Ukrainian forces committed an act of sabotage in the uncontrolled territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and shelled Russia's territory.
"No, Ukraine did not: attack Donetsk or Luhansk; send saboteurs or [armored personnel carriers] APCs over the Russian border; shell Russian territory; shell a Russian border crossing; conduct acts of sabotage," Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
"Ukraine also does not plan any such actions," he said.
"Russia, stop your fake-producing factory now," Kuleba said.
In turn, the Ukrainian State Border Service also denied reports that a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group violated Russia's border.
"The State Border Service states that no violation of the state border in the direction of the Russian community of Mityakinskaya, Rostov region from the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities took place," the service said in a statement on Monday.
Moreover, the service said that it received no information from the Russian side about any unusual situations on the border, including those involving the use of weapons. "Such reports are nothing but a provocation," it said.
The Russian side has provided no proof for the statements, it said.
