MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Russia assumes that the Minsk Agreements for Donbas have ceased to be relevant to Kyiv, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"We assume that these Minsk accords have ceased to be relevant to the Kyiv regime, which said it to all of us," Zakharova told the Soloviev Live YouTube channel when asked whether recognition of the Donbas republics means that Russia is quitting the Minsk Agreements.
