LUHANSK. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The parliament of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) unanimously voted on Tuesday in favor of ratifying the treaty on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between the LPR and Russia, an Interfax correspondent reported.
