MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The possible opening of Russian military bases in the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People's Republics has not been discussed, but Russia "will do everything necessary" if required, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said.
"There has been no discussion on the bases," Rudenko told reporters on Tuesday.
"Everything necessary will be done if required. That's envisaged by the treaty," he said.
