MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Ukraine has quit the Minsk Agreements de facto, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said.
"Contrary to its obligations under the Minsk Package of Measures, Ukraine continued to attack civilian sites and to sabotage negotiations in the Trilateral Contact Group and the Normandy Format. It has quit the Minsk Agreements de facto," Rudenko said at the State Duma.
