MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The West's reaction to Russia's recognition of the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People's Republics was quite predictable, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"The reaction is predictable in what concerns our Western counterparts. They've developed a habit of blaming Russia for all troubles, accusing us of everything," Lavrov said on the Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) television channel.
