MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Kyiv has not contacted Moscow following the recognition of the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People's Republics, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said on Tuesday.
"I have no such information. They did not contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," Rudenko told reporters in Moscow.
