MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - A decision on appointing Russia's ambassadors to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics will be adopted shortly, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said.
"A decision on this issue will be adopted in the near future," Rudenko told reporters in response to the relevant question.
