DONETSK. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is calling up citizens born between 1995 and 2004 for military service amid an aggravating situation, and DPR head Denis Pushilin signed the relevant decree.
"To carry out conscription for military service by mobilization of citizens not in the reserve and born between 1995 and 2004," the decree published on the DPR head's official website on Tuesday reads.
Besides, the decree allows for the conscription of men over 55 voluntarily.
"To carry out the military service of male citizens over 55 voluntarily," the decree reads.
