LPR head estimates that republic's reconstruction will cost 1.5 trillion rubles

MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The reconstruction of the territory controlled by the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) will require about one and a half trillion rubles, head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik said.

"These are very serious numbers. I have read one economist's report on the Internet. If memory serves, that figure was one and half trillion rubles. The figure isn't accurate. I'm not sure that it was a competent specialist, but that was an approximate estimate," Pasechnik said on Rossiya 24 (VGTRK) television, when asked about required economic aid from Russia to rehabilitate the republic's economy.
