MOSCOW. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Russia will continue assisting the settlement of disputes and acute problems on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"Delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijani border are regarded as a priority [...] Of course, we will continue providing all possible assistance in the settlement of any acute issues, including at the border, and helping solve current acute problems," Putin said following talks with Aliyev in the Kremlin on Tuesday.
"In general, today's talks clearly showed that Russia and Azerbaijan have a common interest in ensuring stability and security in the Caucasus and Caspian regions," the Russian president said.
