MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Roscosmos will invest resources freed up as a result of its scaled-down cooperation with the United States and Europe in the creation of defense systems, the corporation's chief Dmitry Rogozin said.
"The core design, technological and financial resources being freed up from our joint international research projects with the U.S. and European Union will now be invested in creating space systems for purely defensive and dual purposes," Rogozin said on Telegram.
"Under the declared sanctions, Roscosmos will review its priorities and concentrate on becoming totally independent of imports in matters of space instrument-building," he said.
