Prosecutors of Russia, DPR, LPR agree on cooperation

MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has signed cooperation agreements with the Prosecutor General's Offices of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, the Russian supervisory agency said.

"According to the documents, the protection of human rights and freedoms, countering the most dangerous types of crimes, including terrorism, extremism, illegal migration, cybercrime, corruption, and money laundering, are defined as priority areas of interaction" the report said.

The countries' prosecutors will give special attention to the protection of minors and socially vulnerable categories of citizens.

The agreements also envisage forms of cooperation such as exchange of experience, information and documents, the Prosecutor General's Office said.
