MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - Russian air defense systems repelled a strike with a Ukrainian Tochka-U missile on the town of Izyum in the Kharkiv region, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The target of the strike was the town's hospital housing a Russian medical unit, Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Thursday.
