LPR says Ukrainian Tochka-U missile hits Svatove settlement, casualties reported

LUHANSK. May 27 (Interfax) - Two civilians have been killed and eight others wounded in the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike with a Tochka-U tactical missile on the Svatove settlement controlled by the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), the LPR Prosecutor General's Office said.

"Ukrainian armed formations fired a Tochka-U tactical missile system at the Svatove urban settlement," the press service for the LPR Prosecutor General's Office told reporters on Friday.

The missile fragments killed two civilians and eight others suffered injuries of varying degrees of severity, it said.
