ROSTOV-ON-DON. Sept 26 (Interfax) - The turnout in the four days of voting in a referendum on the admission of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) to the Russian Federation totaled 83.6%, the chairman of the LPR Central Election Commission (CEC), Yelena Kravchenko, said.
"The turnout across the republic [in four days of voting] is 83.61% of voters," Kravchenko said.
