MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Cuban counterpart Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez may discuss issues of military-technical cooperation at their talks in Moscow on Tuesday.
"Certain aspects may be touched upon of course," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters when asked whether the Russian and Cuban presidents will discuss military-technical cooperation at their talks.
