MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on a statement by Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev on Telegram, which said that Russians who left their home country and wished for its defeat must be cut off from sources of income in Russia.
"This is precisely the matter of those who break our legislation, our laws. Naturally, those who break our laws should be held liable. You know that, of course, emotions are flaring in general. Lots of people demonstrate their civil stance, and Dmitry Anatolyevich [Medvedev] is one of them," Peskov said in response to a request for comment on Medvedev's statement on Telegram.
