Nurgaliyev appointed first deputy secretary of Russian Security Council - order

MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Rashid Nurgaliyev first deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council by his order, having relieved Nurgaliyev of his previous post.

Another order appointed Alexei Shevtsov deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council.
