Russian Defense Ministry: five ammo depots of Ukrainian army destroyed in DPR

MOSCOW. Feb 8 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces have destroyed five ammunition depots of the Ukrainian army in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Wednesday.

"Two ammunition depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed near the localities of Avdeyevka and Slavyansk in the Donetsk People's Republic," Konashenkov said.

"Three depots storing ammunition and fuel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed by artillery fire near Novomikhailovka, Ugledar and Dobrovolye in the Donetsk People's Republic," he said.

An ammunition depot of the Ukrainian army's 66th mechanized brigade was destroyed in the Kharkov region, he said.
