MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev has arrived in Venezuela for consultations on security, the press service for the Russian Security Council said on Tuesday.
"Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev has arrived in Caracas, where he will have Russian-Venezuelan consultations on security with participation of representatives of the ministries and agencies of the two countries," the press service said.
