MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - A magistrates' court in Moscow's Simonovsky district has fined the tutu.ru service owner over an administrative offense, a breach of the personal data law.
"The New Tourist Technologies company has been found guilty of an administrative misdeed and an administrative fine of 60,000 rubles has been imposed on it. The ruling has taken effect," the court told Interfax.
According to the court, the company allowed a user data leak to happen.
The company told the court they pleaded guilty as charged and said they had fixed the violations.
