MOSCOW. March 9 (Interfax) - Washington is not using the two-way communication channel with Moscow for preventing incidents in the cyber environment, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.
"We and the U.S. have an operational two-way communication channel for cases that raise questions in the cyber environment, and the U.S. is not using it," Zakharova said at a press briefing.
"But at the same time, they need a law for surveillance, for preventing problems in the cyber environment. It's an illogical, foolish, short-sided [thing to do]," she said.
