Putin to host Russian Security Council meeting on Friday

MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will host a meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council and will have two international phone calls on Friday, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The president will conduct a conference with the permanent members of the Security Council in the evening," Peskov told reporters.

The president's schedule for Friday also includes two international phone calls.

"If they take place, we will inform you about that during the day," Peskov said.

The president will also hold a meeting by video link addressing the socioeconomic development of Crimea and Sevastopol on Friday, he said.
