MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping in the narrow format have begun at the Grand Kremlin Palace.
The two presidents made no opening remarks.
Putin and Xi had a one-on-one meeting that lasted for 4.5 hours on Monday.
Later on Tuesday, the two presidents will be joined by delegations.
