ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 21 (Interfax) - The Dzhankoi administration has imposed a municipal-level state of emergency in the town, administration head Igor Ivin told Interfax.
"A state of emergency at the municipal level has been imposed in the town of Dzhankoi. Inspection and evaluation of damage is underway in view of compensation to injured parties," Ivin said.
No restrictions have been imposed for town residents, he said.
As reported previously, the Russian Investigative Committee is investigating the use of unmanned aerial vehicles during an attack on sites in northern Crimea's Dzhankoi in the early hours of March 20.
Crimea head Sergei Aksyonov on Monday reported an attack on Dzhankoi by Ukrainian drones. All of them were downed. The man who was injured by falling drone fragments is now in a local hospital. His condition is of moderate severity.
