MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - China, on the issue of a Ukraine settlement, has taken an impartial stance and is guided by the goals and principles of the UN Charter, Chinese President Xi Jinping said.
"On Ukraine, we are invariably guided by the goals and principles of the UN Charter, adhere to the objective and impartial position," Xi said after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Tuesday.
