MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Russia and China stand against attempts to politicize the origin of coronavirus, according to the joint statement adopted following summit talks in Moscow.
"The parties have established effective bilateral and multilateral interaction in countering the pandemic of the Covid-19 novel coronavirus infection and protecting lives and health of the nations of the two counties and the peoples of the world. The parties support the deepening of the exchange of information on the Covid-19 pandemic and the strengthening of coordination at such venues as the World Health Organization. The parties work together to oppose the intentions and attempts to politicize the issue of the origin of the virus," the statement, published on the Kremlin website, said.
