MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - The implementation of a peace plan for settling the situation in Ukraine, a number of provisions of which are favorable to the Russian party, depends more on Kiev, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"We respect it [the plan], a number of its elements completely please us, but its implementation, I do not know, it does not depend on the Russian side, and moreover, not on the Chinese side, but it depends on Kiev to a greater extent," Ushakov said in an interview with the Zvezda television channel on the sidelines of the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
