MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - The risk of a nuclear conflict is now higher than in the past few decades, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"I would not want to dive into a discussion of how high the probability of a nuclear conflict is today, but in any case, it is higher than anything we had in the past decades," Ryabkov said at the Valdai Discussion Club.
