MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces delivered a strike on a fuel depot of the Ukrainian army in the village of Zaliznichnoye in the Zaporozhye region, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Thursday.
"A fuel depot of the 65th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed near the locality of Zaliznichnoye in the Zaporozhye region," Konashenkov said.
"In addition, an ammunition depot of the 53rd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed near the locality of Lastochkino (Donetsk People's Republic)," he said.
Over the past day, Russian forces struck 76 artillery units of the Ukrainian army on their firing positions as well as Ukrainian troops and military hardware in 114 areas, Konashenkov said.
