MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - Russian National Guard troops participating in the special military operation demonstrate resilience and fearlessness in the most difficult situations, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his address on the Russian National Guard's Day.
"In the course of the special military operation, Russian National Guard heroes act boldly and decisively, protect Russia and our citizens, fight courageously, and demonstrate resilience and fearlessness in the most difficult situations," Putin said.
Every area of the Russian National Guard's work - fighting against terrorism, extremism and organized crime, protecting important, strategic facilities, ensuring law and order during mass events, and arms control - requires high professionalism, systemic approach, strict compliance with the law, and focus on the achievement of specific, tangible results to the benefit of public and state security, he said.
