MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian side has returned five severely wounded Russian service members to Russia, Russian ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said.
"I confirm that such an event has taken place. Indeed, five heavily wounded Russian service members have been handed over," Moskalkova told journalists on Monday in reply to a relevant question from Interfax.
"And it's very important that this process continues. I mean the process of repatriation," she said.
