MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - All forms of New START notifications, including test launch warnings, have been suspended, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"There won't be notifications at all. Every format has been suspended for data exchange. All notifications, all forms of notifications, the entire exchange of data, all of the inspections, and any kind of work done under the treaty have been suspended and will not happen. And this does not depend on the posture the United States might take," Ryabkov said in response to a question about whether the suspension concerned notifications and warnings of test launches.
