MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - No definitive decision has been made at this point on the format of Russian President Vladimir Putin's participation in the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant event due to take place in Turkey on April 27, but Russia will be represented there at an appropriate level in any case, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"No definitive decisions have been made just yet. The only thing I can say is that, of course, the Russian side will be duly represented one way or another, and will take part in the ceremony at the end of April," Peskov told reporters.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told a Turkish channel earlier that Putin might attend the April 27 ceremony either in person or by video link.
The Akkuyu NPP in Mersin will be loaded with fuel on April 27.
