ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 30 (Interfax) - Acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin has nominated DPR First Deputy Prime Minister Yevgeny Solntsev to be the republic's prime minister.
"I have nominated First Deputy Prime Minister Yevgeny Solntsev for prime minister at the People's Council," Pushilin's press service quoted him as saying in a statement on Thursday.
It was reported earlier that the DPR government tendered its technical resignation following the appointment of DPR Prime Minister Vitaly Khotsenko as acting governor of the Omsk region.
