MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - The St. Petersburg cafe blast was orchestrated by Ukrainian security services and involved agents from the Anti-Corruption Foundation, which has been designated as extremist and banned in Russia, the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC) said in a statement.

"It has been established that the terror attack on prominent journalist Vladlen Tatarsky, committed in St. Petersburg on April 2, was planned by Ukrainian security services and involved agents from among those individuals cooperating with the so-called Anti-Corruption Foundation of Navalny, who the detained Trepova is an active supporter of," the NAC said.
