MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - Investigators have reclassified the criminal case into the murder of military reporter Maxim Fomin, also known as Vladlen Tatarsky, as a terrorist act, the Russian Investigative Committee said in a statement on Telegram on Monday.
"Based on the results obtained in the course of initial investigatory actions, the criminal probe into the St. Petersburg cafe explosion has been reclassified under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (act of terror)," the Russian Investigative Committee said.
