Russian army consistently destroying weapons supplied to Ukraine by West - Shoigu

MOSCOW. April 4 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has said that Russia's Armed Forces have been destroying foreign military hardware being supplied to the Ukrainian army both at combat positions and during its transportation.

"We have consistently been destroying weapons and military hardware supplied by the West both at combat positions and at the stage of its transportation," Shoigu said during a conference call on Tuesday.

"Fifty-nine M777 artillery systems, 13 Paladin self-propelled artillery systems, 14 U.S.-made HIMARS launchers, and 30 self-propelled artillery systems supplied by Poland, Germany, France, and the Czech Republic have been struck since the beginning of this year alone," he said.
