Trepova charged with terror attack - Russian Investigative Committee

MOSCOW. April 4 (Interfax) - Detained suspect Darya Trepova has been charged with a terror attack that killed blogger Vladlen Tatarsky, aka Maxim Fomin, the Russian Investigative Committee said via Telegram on Tuesday.

"Charges have been brought against Darya Trepova. She is charged with a crime defined by Paragraph B, Part 3, Article 205 and Part 4, Article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (a terror attack carried out by conspiracy causing intentional infliction of death, and illegal carrying of explosive devices by an organized group)," the committee said.

Investigators have filed a motion for Trepova's arrest with a court, it said.
