MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is critical of the fact that no visas have been issued to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and members of the Russian delegation to meetings of the UN Security Council.
"The U.S. side has obligations as the country hosting the UN Headquarters, and America needs to honor these obligations," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding that Moscow was negatively disposed towards this situation.
